Order to be delivered within 40 minutes, after 50 minutes i called to be told order was on its way. Order arrived after a further 20 minutes. Disappointed as food was warm at best, chips were tasteless and very dry as if reheated. Ive bought from here before with no problems, unfortunately not the best this time

Not only missed item from delivery i then had to wait another hour for it to be delivered so buy the time the missing item arrived my other items were stone cold

Ordered a pizza with pineapple and got pepperoni instead. Didn't notice til I bit into it, this is a problem as I'm vegetarian. Asked for a refund, both feedmeonline and Oasis passing back and forth blame. Nothing offered to resolve yet and no refund not good at all. Wouldn't let me give zero stars, really disappointed

Pizzas were lovely always are though I ordered chips an cheese in they were hollow, crispy overcooked saturated in grease! Certainly weren’t chips wouldn’t fill a hole ended up binning them! really disappointing my order was near £30
